Refund Policy for Climax Berlin Pattaya

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Climax Berlin Pattaya, operated by E&N International Limited, provides refunds for event tickets and hotel room bookings. By purchasing event tickets or booking hotel rooms through Climax Berlin Pattaya, you agree to the following refund terms.

1. Event Tickets Refund Policy

This policy applies to all ticket purchases for events held at Climax Berlin Pattaya.

1.1 Full Refund

If a customer cancels their ticket at least 72 hours prior to the event start time, they are entitled to a 100% refund of the ticket price.

  • Cancellation Process:
    To request a refund, the customer must send an email to info@climax-club-pattaya.com with the following details:
    • Full name of the ticket holder
    • Ticket reference number
    • Event name and date
      Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the ticket purchase.

1.2 Partial Refund

If a customer cancels their ticket at least 24 hours prior to the event start time, they are entitled to a 50% refund of the ticket price.

  • Cancellation Process:
    The customer must follow the same cancellation procedure as outlined in 1.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

1.3 No Refund

No refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

  • If the customer cancels the ticket, within 24 hours of the event start time,  after the event has started or fails to attend the event (no-show).
  • If the customer provides false or incomplete information during the cancellation request.

2. Hotel Room Booking Refund Policy

This section outlines the terms for refunds related to hotel room bookings at Climax Berlin Pattaya.

2.1 Full Refund

If a customer cancels their hotel booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, they are entitled to a 100% refund of the room booking fee.

  • Cancellation Process:
    Customers must submit their cancellation request via email to info@climax-club-pattaya.com and include the following:
    • Full name of the booking holder
    • Booking reference number
    • Scheduled check-in date
      Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the time of the cancellation request, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2.2 Partial Refund

If a customer cancels their hotel booking within 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, they are entitled to a 50% refund of the room booking fee.

  • Cancellation Process:
    The same cancellation procedure as outlined in 2.1 applies. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

2.3 No Refund

No refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

  • If the customer cancels the booking within 24 hours of the check-in time.
  • If the customer fails to check in on the scheduled date (no-show).
  • If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information during the booking or cancellation process.

3. General Terms for Refunds

3.1 Refund Processing Times

  • For event tickets, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • For hotel room bookings, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase or booking.

3.2 Changes to the Refund Policy

E&N International Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
